博鳌一龄生命品质改善中心成立于2019年12月17日，是以康复康养为核心特色的三级综合医疗机构，坐落在国内国务院批复设立的国家级“医疗特区”——海南博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区。博鳌一龄生命品质改善中心总投资8.4亿元，建筑面积72000平方米，设置床位500张，是海南省基本医疗保险定点医疗机构，是“海南康复医学人道救助专项基金”主要发起单位及定点医疗单位。2023年顺利通过国家标准化心脏康复中心（CDQI）认证。

Founded on December 17, 2019, Boao Yiling Center for Life Quality Improvement is a Grade III comprehensive medical institution featuring rehabilitation and recuperation as its core service. It is located in Hainan Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, the national-level "Medical Special Zone" approved by the State Council of China. With a total investment of 840 million RMB, a construction area of 72,000 square meters and 500 inpatient beds, the center is a designated medical institution covered by Hainan Basic Medical Insurance. It also serves as the primary initiator and designated medical unit of the Hainan Special Fund for Humanitarian Assistance in Rehabilitation Medicine. In 2023, it successfully passed the certification of the National Standardized Cardiac Rehabilitation Center (CDQI).

博鳌一龄生命品质改善中心紧抓海南自由贸易港建设的历史机遇，依托博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区的平台优势，利用国务院赋予的“先行先试”政策，率先引进了全球新型康复医疗设备、技术、药品等优质资源。目前主要开展：骨伤疼痛康复、神经康复、肿瘤康复、心脑血管疾病康复、心肺功能康复、运动康复、肌肉疼痛康复等服务；国际先进的新型医疗技术、医疗器械和药品在先行区的特许医疗、特许研究、特许经营等服务，致力打造国际一流的康复医疗服务平台。

Seizing the historic opportunities brought by the development of Hainan Free Trade Port, Boao Yiling Center for Life Quality Improvement leverages the platform strengths of Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone and takes full advantage of the "pioneering and trial" policies granted by the State Council. It takes the lead in introducing high-quality global resources including cutting-edge rehabilitation medical equipment, technologies and pharmaceuticals. At present, its core rehabilitation services cover orthopedic and musculoskeletal pain rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, oncology rehabilitation, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary function rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation and myalgia rehabilitation. The center also provides services supported by the pilot zone’s special policies of licensed medical treatment, licensed research and licensed operation for globally advanced innovative medical technologies, devices and medicines, striving to build a world-class rehabilitation medical service platform.

中心秉持国际前沿的“超早期”康复理念，以现代科学和医学物理学、神经科学、运动生理学、功能解剖学等现代康复医学理论为指导，引进法国、德国、瑞士、荷兰、芬兰等9个国家超过200余套康复医疗设备和康复技术，将针灸、拔罐、推拿、正骨、中药熏蒸、中药药浴等特色疗法、中医食疗、中药内用外治、情志调摄等传统中医特色疗法与国际先进康复技术、康复设备相结合，借助海南博鳌优良的生态环境、一流的空气质量和健康的自然疗养因子，为用户制定专业化、个性化的改善生命品质方案，解决慢病困扰，抚平生命机体的疲惫和创伤；强身健体，恢复生命机体的青春和活力；改善和提升生命品质，延年益寿。

Upholding the internationally cutting-edge "Ultra-Early Rehabilitation" concept, the Center is guided by modern rehabilitation medicine theories covering modern science, medical physics, neuroscience, exercise physiology, functional anatomy and other disciplines. It has introduced more than 200 sets of rehabilitation medical equipment and technologies from 9 countries including France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Finland. The center integrates characteristic traditional Chinese medical therapies — such as acupuncture, cupping, tuina massage, bone setting, herbal fumigation and herbal medicated bath, alongside TCM dietary therapy, oral & external herbal medication, and emotional conditioning — with globally advanced rehabilitation technologies and apparatus. Drawing on the superior ecological environment, top-tier air quality and beneficial natural recuperation factors of Boao, Hainan, the Center develops professional, personalized life quality improvement programs for clients.
